The grievance of the petitioners was in respect of the representation made to the Inspectorin-Charge, Nakashipara Police Station not being considered. Having considered the nature of dispute complained of in the representation, I am of the view that the petitioners were obliged to exhaust statutory provisions of law.

The representation was made on 27.08.2010. Having considered the time period which has lapsed and the nature of allegations made in the letter of complaint, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, WPA 22606 of is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
