Petitioner is aggrieved by the act and action of the police authorities including the excess which has been inflicted upon her. There are cases and counter-cases initiated by the petitioner as also the private respondent nos.6 and 7. The primary grievance at this stage is that she is being threatened by the public servants.

Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner, I direct the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional criminal court under the relevant provisions of Section 175(4) of the BNSS. The learned court would strictly adhere to the Sub-Sections and

the proviso incorporated therein and thereafter pass or refuse to pass necessary orders.

As the State has not been called upon to file any affidavit, the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed to be denied.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos.6 and 7 also denies the accusations made in the writ petition and submits that the present writ petition has been preferred to create unnecessary pressure upon the administration so that further criminal cases are foisted upon them without any authority of law.

Be that as it may, I have not entered into the merits of the accusations which have been referred to particularly in respect of the representation made on 18.09.2024. The learned jurisdictional court would assess the correctness of the same and act in accordance with the directions passed above.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26054 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
