The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated September 24, 2024.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite having raised a grievance pertaining to wrongful and illegal construction by the private respondents, the respondent authority being the respondent no. 4 has failed to take any action in the matter.

The private respondents are represented and submits that they have not carried out any construction whatsoever.

The Advocate for the State submits that they have no objection if the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider and dispose of the above

representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 25919 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.

to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated September 24, 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties. With the above directions, WPA 25919 of 2024 stands disposed of.

In considering the above representation, the respondent no. 4 shall not be influenced by any observation or finding, made in this order and shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
