Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

The Court is informed that warrant of proclamation and attachment were executed as against the petitioners. De facto complainant is represented.

Prayer of some of the co-accuseds for anticipatory bail were rejected.

The Court is informed that an application for cancellation of bail granted by the jurisdictional Court is pending. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the offence of murder.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5398 of 2022 is dismissed.
