He relies on documents namely Aadhar Card and sale deed in support of his plea of citizenship.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. There are materials in the charge sheet to show that he is a foreign national. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
