The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this application along with the annexure thereto upon Ms. Sabnam De Bardhan in course of this day.

The petitioner seeks to install a CCTV camera in his residence for his safety and security.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a strained relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents, who are neighbours. Learned counsel for the private respondents submits that the private respondents have no objection if such CCTV camera is installed.

In view of the above, the petitioner is allowed to install a CCTV camera within the precincts of his

property without infringing the privacy of the private respondents in any manner whatsoever.

In the event of obstruction caused in instalment of the same, the Officer-in-Charge, Nadial Police Station, being the third respondent herein, shall render necessary assistance to the petitioner in terms of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
