We have considered the materials on record. Statements of eye-witnesses disclose involvement of the petitioner in the assault resulting in death of one of the victims. 3.

In view of gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail at this stage.
