Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner in Court today be retained with the records.

The petitioner's application seeking transfer stood returned by the head of the institution on February 8, 2022 with the remark 'not fit'.

Why the petitioner has been found to be unfit for transfer is not mentioned in the status updated in the Utsashree portal.

It appears that nearly four years have elapsed from the date the application of the petitioner seeking transfer stood disallowed by the head of the institution. There may have been change in the staff strength of the school in the meantime.

The petitioner presses for transfer.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be

open for the petitioner to make fresh application offline seeking transfer in the prescribed format before the head of the institution disclosing reason for the same. 7.

The head of the institution shall consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with the prevailing transfer rules.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the application. 9.

The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 10.

Suspension of the Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the authorities from taking steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
