Roy, learned advocate, appearing for the respondent nos. 8 and 9, submits that the petitioner is staying with them.

So far as the other issues which have been canvassed do not relate to the writ petition and/or inaction of the police authorities but inter se between the relationship.

In view of the petitioner being a senior citizen, if any complaint is addressed, the police would without interfering on the life and liberty of any of the parties, try to dissuade the dispute between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26019 of 2024 is disposed of.
