1. Seen the office note dated March 13, 2024. By an order dated August 31, 2023 the department was directed to carry out the necessary amendments. The reasons for carrying out such amendments at a belated stage is accepted.

2. It has been pointed out that though the application for substitution was allowed on August 31, 2023 directing substitution of Jaba Chatterjee in place and stead of Bikash Chatterjee (since deceased), in the order dated September 15, 2023, the cause title read as "Bikash Chatterjee versus State of West Bengal & ors." instead of "Jaba Chatterjee versus The State of West Bengal & ors."

3. Let such error be rectified.

4. Let this order form part of the order dated September 15, 2023.
