The service of notice sought to be effected on the learned advocate for the petitioner could not be so effected, as per learned counsel for the respondents/Distribution Licensee, in view of the demise of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner in the meantime.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Distribution Licensee that the writ petition is misconceived, as an electricity connection had already been given to the petitioner.

However, since the petitioner is not represented, WPA 26419 of 2006 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
