Learned advocate for the contemnor has made over a copy of the reasoned order passed by the contemnor, being the Chairman, Panihati Municipality and affirmed by the Board of Councillors, to learned advocate for the petitioners. 2.

Therefore, the order in question stands complied with although belatedly.

If the petitioners are unhappy with the order, naturally, they would be at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

There is no reason to keep this contempt application pending. Rule stands discharged. CRC 10 of 2024 is disposed of.
