Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of M. Execution Case No. 154 of 2023 arising out of case No 1940 of 2019 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is a Government employee and prays that present petition may harm the career of the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel submits that appropriate direction may be issued for the expeditious disposal.

The speedy trial is a facet of fundamental right. 5.

The Court considers that no prejudice will be caused if an order is passed for the speedy trial as its benefit of the stakeholders.

In the facts and circumstances learned judge is directed to conduct expeditious proceedings of M. Execution Case No. 154 of 2023 arising out of case No 1940 of 2019 pending before the learned Judicial

Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas in accordance with law without giving unnecessary adjournment.

This revision petition is disposed of.
