The petitioner has complained to the Kalitala Ashuti Police Station that his wife and daughter have prevented him from entering into his house.

Given the nature of the dispute, this Court is of the view that the petitioner may avail appropriate civil remedies in accordance with law.

The Police shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.
