The revisional application was called on 20.11.2023 when none represented the petitioner. Today, when the revisional application has been called, none was present.

I have considered the documents enclosed to the revisional application particularly the charge sheet where there are allegations of grievous injury. Having regard to the same, I am of the view that the prayers so advanced in the revisional application do not call for any interference.

Accordingly, CRR 4210 of 2023 is dismissed.
