Learned counsel for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that the writ petition has virtually become infructuous in view of the dispute raised herein with regard to electricity connection being given to the petitioner having already been resolved.

Hence, WPA 25658 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
