Ms. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the revisional application on merits.

The subject-matter relates to challenging of a judgement and order of acquittal passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Sealdah wherein the court was pleased to dismiss the appeal preferred by the complainant.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, I am of the view that there is no scope for considering the revisional application on merit. As such, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3576 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim orders, if any, are hereby vacated.

LCRs, if any, be sent down to the learned court below.
