Mr. Kankani submits that there is gross suppression on the part of the petitioners to the effect that a similar writ petition has been dismissed, which has not been disclosed, by the petitioners.

Mr. De. appearing on behalf of the State submits that the writ petition is not maintainable since this is an acquisition proceeding of 1962. I find that the matter has been adjourned on earlier occasion when none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

In view of the non-appearance on the part of the petitioners, W.P.A. 23378 of 2019 is dismissed for default. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
