1. The petitioners had approached this court on earlier occasion and filed WPA(P) 360 of 2023 alleging that government land has been encroached and construction has been made.

2. The said writ petition was disposed of by directing the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer to consider the representation and pass a speaking order.

3. This direction has been complied with and an order has been passed by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer dated 12.09.2023.

4. The petitioners have now before this court praying for a direction upon the authority to consider another representation given by the petitioners.

5. If the petitioners are dissatisfied with the order passed by the Block Land and Land Reforms

Officer, the petitioners have to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum.

6. If the petitioners are of the opinion that the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer has not gone into the matter in a proper manner, it is always open to the petitioners to move before the District Magistrate with any grievance.

7. Therefore, at this juncture a writ in the nature of public interest litigation cannot be entertained.

8. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
