Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case record.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, including the FIR, the statement of the victim, other statements of witnesses, the injury reports and the role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not find this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. 6.

CRM(A) 3818 of 2025 is dismissed.
