Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 8 months and at the time of offence the statement of Rajesh Singh, the injured stated regarding the involvement of Pankaj Singh, Pappy Yadav and Machhar Singh being involved in the offence. Petitioner's name is surfacing but in a hazy manner.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that further detention of the petitioner is unwarranted in the facts and circumstances of the case. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

As such, petitioner namely, Dablu Singh shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten

Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah. If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date before the learned trial Court in seisin of the case and shall not leave the jurisdiction of district of Howrah without the prior permission of the learned trial Court.

Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (M) No. 2322 of 2025 is allowed.

Let the statement of Rajesh Singh under Section 183 of BNSS be kept with the record.
