Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case and is in custody for 79 days. Neither there are any recoveries nor there is any money trail so far as the present petitioner is concerned.

Such factual foundation is disputed by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State and submits that there are money trail.

As the investigation of the case is in progress, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2326 of 2025 is dismissed at this stage.
