By mistake the case no. being CO 3702 of 2015 Sankar Gupta (Mistri) Vs. Kishor Gupta (Mistri) was not recorded in the cause title of the said judgment.

2. Let this correction be incorporated by the department in the cause title of the judgment.

3. Other contents of the said judgment shall remain unaltered.
