The petitioner has filed the present revisional application praying for a direction upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Barasat to dispose of the Complaint Case No. 2182 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

This Court finds that the matter is pending since 2016. Considering the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Barasat is directed to expedite the trial of the case and to dispose of the matter as early as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. With the above observation, CRR 4539 of 2024 stands disposed of.
