Sri Bikash Kumar Shaw Mr. Arup Krishna Das ...for the petitioner A direction to secure expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.21 of 2013, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Asansol, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

As per submission disclosed by the petitioner that the suit is appearing at the stage of evidence to be adduced by the defendants and D.W.2 is being examined.

The only contention expressed by the petitioner is against the delay caused in the disposal of the suit for the adjournment being granted on the prayer of the opposite party.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, at Asansol, in Title Suit No.21 of 2013, is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of the suit after causing disposal of the interlocutory application, if there be any pending, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, subject to the suitability and convenience of the court below, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable, preferably, before the end of April, 2023.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and his learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
