1. The order dated 17th April, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the fourth line of the first paragraph at the first page of the order dated 17th April, 2023, the expression "Kakdwip Police Station" shall stand corrected to read as "Kamarhati Police Station.

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 17th April, 2023.

4. The other parts of the order dated 17th April, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
