The revisional application appeared on 20.11.2023 when none represented the petitioners. The prayer of the petitioners in the present revisional application is for quashing the criminal proceedings relating to Kaliganj Police Station Case No. 86 of 2021 dated 26.02.2021. The enclosures of the revisional application reflect that charge sheet has been enclosed and none of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are available before this Court for proper adjudication.

Accordingly, I direct in case the charge has not been framed, learned trial Court will consider any application under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed at the instance of the petitioners in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4213 of 2023 is disposed of.
