We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of eyewitnesses show petitioner assaulted his brother resulting in his homicidal death.

In view of the gravity of offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
