The petitioner is aggrieved that Gangajalghati Police Station has refused to register FIR on his complaint dated 22nd August, 2022.

The writ petitioner's remedy is under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C. before the Jurisdictional Magistrate and he may avail such remedy in accordance with law.

The Police shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
