Petitioners contend they have been falsely implicated in the case. They pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned lawyers for the State oppose the prayer for bail. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners conjointly assaulted an elderly lady who suffered head injury and fracture of hand.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail at this stage.
