2. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors by placing reliance on a report prepared by Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Sabang, DistrictPaschim Medinipur submits that in obedience of main order of this Court, he heard the parties and passed the final

order dated 02.02.2026 annexed with the said report.

3. Let a copy of report be provided to the counsel for the petitioners right now.

4. In view of this order dated 02.02.2026 passed by Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, nothing remains to be done in this contempt petition. The contempt petition is dismissed by reserving liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceeding, if they are still aggrieved.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
