In the first line of the fifth paragraph of the second page of the said order, the expression "The PWD, Raghunathganj" shall stand corrected and be read as "The PWD, Jangipur".

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 17.04.2023.

The other parts of the order dated 17.04.2023 shall remain unaltered.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
