The writ petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Bhawanipur Police Station in respect of a complaint dated 9th September, 2022.

A bare reading of the complaint indicates that the dispute is non congnizable and purely civil in nature. The parties have already taken out civil proceedings against one and another. 3.

The parties may explore civil remedies in accordance with law.

The Bhawanipur Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the

area and strictly enforce any order that may be passed by the Civil Court.

The writ petition is disposed of.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
