It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that intermediate quantity of narcotic substance was recovered from his possession.

Learned advocate appearing for the Customs authorities opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner is a Bangladeshi national.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a foreign national. He illegally entered into India for transporting narcotic substance. His bail prayer was rejected earlier. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
