Advocate Mr. Rudradipta Nandy appearing for the petitioner, submits a written instruction of the appellant dated 28th of March, 2023, stating his unwillingness to proceed with the revisional application in view of the divorce to have taken between the parties on mutual consent as ordered by the Ld. District Judge at Barasat in MAT suit no. 2503 of 2018. A copy of said order of divorce is also annexed. Let the same be kept on record. The opposite party Kanisha Bhattacharyya (Acharya) appearing court in person. Let her personal appearance be dispensed with. The Ld. Advocate for the opposite party to submitted the disputes between the parties to have been amicably settled.

Under such circumstances the instant criminal revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
