1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Four victims out of six girls engaged in prostitution had taken the name of the present petitioner as one of the traffickers of young girls for such illegal purpose.

3. In view of the nature of charge and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
