Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner complains that after acquisition of his land he filed an application before the respondent no.3 and others requesting payment of adequate compensation which has not been considered till date. Having heard the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties and considering the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 10th July, 2017 after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 26806 of 2017 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to be not admitted.
