Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Considering the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner that during pendency of this writ petition, certain development has taken place by which this writ petition has become infructuous, this writ petition being WPA No.26807 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous and the application being CAN 2 of 2021 is disposed of.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from taking any recourse in accordance with law against any steps taken by the respondents during the pendency of this writ petition. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
