The petitioner claims that he along with others are co-sharers in respect of a property which according to the petitioner, they have been enjoying for a considerable period of time and their peaceful possession and enjoyment in respect of the said property is being disturbed by the private respondent nos. 5 to 10 herein. The petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the information lodged with Inspector-in-Charge, Kultali Police Station and submits that the said information is a composite one stating regarding the previous incident.

I find that the police authorities in the year 2022 have already registered a case which has been made the foundation of the information so submitted. Subsequent disputes may exist till date. However, to that effect no document has been submitted or enclosed in this writ petition.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents are pending before the LRTT.

Having considered that there are previous incident of assault and criminal case has been registered by the police authorities, presumably the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead. Accordingly, it is directed that the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place in respect of the subject-matter of the property at the behest of the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 26171 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
