Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition in view of the writ petition being bad as it is on certain grounds including misjoinder.

Accordingly, WPA No. 24936 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to sue afresh on the self-same cause of action.

There will be no order as to costs.
