The next date has been fixed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta on 8th December, 2023 for supply of copy to the de facto complainant by the prosecution( if any) and the date of evidence would be decided by the learned CMM, Calcutta thereafter.

It has been accepted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that in the meantime the statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been received. However, the learned advocate submits that there may be few other statements, which may be required prior to deposition. Accordingly, the learned CMM, Calcutta would check the same on the next date so fixed and proceed with the trial of the case. The petitioner would make herself available before the learned CMM, Calcutta either physically or virtually as directed by the learned CMM, Calcutta. For the time being, from the submissions and the steps

taken by the State/Investigating officer, I do not find that any other grievance is left for addressing before this court. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 4217 of 2023 is disposed of.
