A direction to secure expeditious disposal of an Ejectment Suit being Ejectment Suit No. 561 of 2016 pending before the learned Judge, City Civil Court, 4th Bench, Calcutta, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

Upon perusal of the photocopies of the order, it appears that the Court below has already set the matter for peremptory hearing.

That being the position, the revisional application stands disposed of, requesting the Court below to ensure expeditious disposal of Ejectment Suit being Ejectment Suit No. 561 of 2016, subject to the suitability and convenience of the Court below, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of

this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite party and the opposite party.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
