The petitioner complains of violation of an order dated 13th June, 2022 passed by this Court. By the said order this Court directed the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Ranaghat to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29th March, 2022 within a period of three months.

Although, there is some delay on the part of the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Ranaghat, the petitioner's representation appears to have been considered and disposed of on 1st August, 2022.

The Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Ranaghat has held that the post of 3rd Clerk in the school ought to have been filled up with prior permission from the DI. In the absence of such prior permission, the petitioner's service cannot be regularized in the school in question. The petitioner may take steps to challenge the order of the DI in accordance with law and in an independent proceeding.

With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
