I have considered the contentions in the writ petition which is circumventing the procedure of law by making allegations against the police authorities and trying to regularize illegal stocking of coal. State has submitted a report.

Petitioner has today filed supplementary affidavit enclosing certain pictures and permission from the fire services.

Having considered the contents in the writ petition, I am of the view that the police authorities have no involvement in such business and the nature of the litigation which has been made out is with a collusive intention. Consequently, I am of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, WPA 25948 of is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
