Das .....for the petitioner Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ......for the WBBPE Petitioner has grievance that till date concerned authority of West Bengal Board of Primary Education (hereinafter referred to as "Board") has not issued TET certificate in consideration of the fact that petitioner qualified Teacher Eligibility Test, 2014 (for short „TET, 2014").

Chowdhury, learned advocate representing the Board submits on instruction that if reasonable time is accorded, TET certificate can be issued in favour of the petitioner who qualified TET, 2014 provided documents are submitted before the Board establishing that petitioner qualified TET, 2014. It is submitted by learned advocate representing the petitioner that petitioner will be

able to submit documents in support of his contention that he qualified TET, 2014 along with teacher training qualification.

In view of the respective submissions made on behalf of the parties, petitioner shall be at liberty to submit necessary documents before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education being respondent no. 3 in support of his qualification by four weeks from date. If aforesaid documents are submitted within the specified time, respondent no. 3 shall issue TET certificate to the petitioner by twelve weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
