Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

The petitioners approached this Court as their property by way of forged and manufactured sale deed, the private respondents are attempting to record their names in their favour. There are allegations of assault also in the communication made to the Officer-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report which reflects that Baruipur Police Station Case No.

1608/2024 dated 07.10.2024 was registered for investigation.

Accordingly, the grievance with which the petitioners approached this Court, primarily seems to be addressed at this stage.

Since the

investigation has commenced, the investigating agency will take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 26121 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
