Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that his representation with the police authorities on 30.09.2024 were not acted upon. Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.

Sengupta, learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the state submits report which reflects that Baruipur PS Case no. 1608/24 dated 07.10.2024 has been registered under the relevant provisions of the BNS against private respondent nos. 8, 9, 10 & 11.

Having considered the steps taken by the police authorities, I am of the view that the grievance canvassed by the petitioner has been addressed. Police authorities are directed to take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 26120 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
