The petitioner has filed the present writ petition alleging, inter alia, two grounds against respondent no. 7. First, it is alleged that the construction undertaken by respondent no. 7 is without any sanctioned plan from the Panchayat. Secondly, it is contended that the character of the land in question was not converted in accordance with law prior to such construction.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.

7 has, however, produced the sanctioned building plan along with the conversion certificate dated March 11, 2025.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds no merit in the allegations raised in the writ petition.

Let the sanctioned plan and the conversion certificate produced by the learned advocate appearing for respondent no.7 be kept on record. It is clarified that dismissal of the writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner from challenging the conversion order and the sanctioned plan in accordance with law, if so advised.

Accordingly, WPA 25668 of 2025 is dismissed.
