Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had absconded for a considerable period of time. Allegations show petitioner is the husband of the victim who was subjected to torture and even raped.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
