The petitioner alleges violation of an order dated December 10, 2024.

It is alleged on behalf of the petitioner that despite directions on the concerned Pradhan to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, there has been no steps taken till date.

On behalf of the State respondents, a Report dated March 25, 2025 has been filed by the concerned Pradhan stating that necessary steps have and still are being taken in terms of earlier order of this Court. A copy of the Report is filed in Court and also served on the petitioner. In view of the Report dated March 25, 2025, there can be no intentional, deliberate or willful disobedience

of the order dated December 10, 2024.

CPAN 196 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the concerned Pradhan to act in terms of the order dated December 10, 2024 expeditiously and in accordance with law. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
